The study aims to establish a general concept and stages of modeling the implementation quality control educational process; determine assessment employees institution higher education presented an innovative model using automated learning systems (ALCS). main method was experiment, also used questionnaire observation methods. data analyzed through content thematic analysis. hypothesis is that models should be comprehensive, meet mission strategy require continuous improvement. result establishment conceptual framework for formation control, focus on education, use wide range advanced technologies, effective communication, improve strategies.
